Antique dolls need to be specially packed or they usually end up with shattered glass eyes or porcelain heads; therefore, I pack your with the utmost care and attention. Shipping is not included and insurance is required with each purchase--both will be added to the final price at the time of sale. Returns are fine just please call me first to see if I can resolve the problem. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance. Dolls over $1000 have free shipping. Shipping overseas is fine. Dolls in the USA will be shipped priority and overseas they will go 1st class. All dolls will have insurance and delivery conformation. I will remove the pates of sleep eyed dolls and stuff the head for shipping. If I haven't previously, at that time I will check the bisque for cracks with a light bulb in the dark.
